Raise your Vibration Tools

Raising your vibration is a matter of letting go of any resistance and feeling good. The following are some of the many tools and techniques that will help you raise your frequency in order for you to attract all that you desire.

Aromatherapy is powerful. Pure Essential oils stimulate memories,calm our nerves and heal our bodies. Energies await the aromatic ifts of the Earth. All we need do is invite them in with love and responsibility. In doing so we can change our lives. Some oils to try are Lavender,Neroli, Lemon Balm and Ylang Ylang.

Excercise is a great way to get the energy moving through the body. Physiacal movement not only causes energy to move and oxygenate your brain, it stimulates the release of endorphins, which raise vibrations and can ease depression.

Smile - Just the act of smiling changes your vibration, your brain waves, your metabolism, and your entire body chemistry. Notice how good that smile makes you feel, feel the vibrational change.

Music is one of the easiest tools it raise the viration with little or no effort.You can use music to help release resistance. Music composed as an act of healing is especially good for this. Upbeat, rythmic music will lift you up and move you into a place of joy.

Sleep allows you to move into pure positive energy. It stops all attraction to us so we can realign to spirit.

Flip-Switching is nothing more than changing your frequency from low to high, but like RIGHT NOW focus on anything and flood it with appreciation. Pour it out until you feel warm fuzzies all over. Make yourself turn on; feel the frequency change, feel the adoration, love, respect, gratitude pour from you for this thing until you feel that familiar happy buzz throughout your body.

Water - Take a shower, bath or go for a swim. Water washes away negative energy and allows for your vibration to rise.

Gratitude Journaling - Get a journal or notebook and for a few minutes each day write down everything you are grateful for in your life. Really feel the gratitude and if your not grateful for something don't write it down.

Meditation allows you to relax, quit the mind and breath deeply . This realigns your energy and lets it vibrate at a higher level.
